PARENT REQUIREMENTs
As a requirement of student enrollment in St. Anne Parish School, parents must participate in the following:
Parents Association
Every parent of students enrolled in St. Anne Parish School is a member of the Parents Association. At least one parent from each family must attend Back to School Night, Fall, Winter, and Spring parent meetings, and other necessary and/or mandatory parent meetings that arise during the school year. These meetings are an important means of communication between the school and parents. Meetings include information on current issues, updates on fundraisers and special events, and presentations pertinent to religion, social issues, and parenting.
Service Hours
40 Service Hours per Year
20 must be completed by end of January.
Any remaining parent service hours must be completed by the end of May.
Parent service hours will be billed in advance through FACTS. $400 (20 hours) will be billed in February and $400 (20 hours) will be billed in May. All collected service hours will be submitted to the school office throughout the year. At the end of January and at the end of May, the school submits all service hours to the finance team and hours are credited. For example, if a family completed 10 service hours by January, $100 would be credited and the remaining $100 would be billed in February. If a family completes all 40 hours by the end of January, all $800 will be credited and no hours will be billed. Billing in advance helps with tracking and also transparent communication between school and family.

DONATIONS
A family may contribute to events and activities on campus by providing donations. These donations are calculated as $20 = 1 service hour. Donations and physical service are both calculated together towards the total 40 parent service hours required.
BUY-out Option
A family may opt-out of service hours and provide a monetary donation instead. Donations are calculated as $20 = 1 service hour. A complete buy-out would be $800. A family may opt-out for any portion of the 40 service hours required.
